very spacious and centrallly located apartment.
the place is very large 3 bedrooms with pullout beds. ideal for a big family. Rooms have AC
the check in office is about 20mins away from the actually apartment. not a big deal for us since we are driving. but for someone with luggages from the airport might be inconvenient. also the wifi router does not cover the entire apartment. I suggest they can install several extensions.

Good, but not great
The apartment is great, a luxury pick for sure. Well located.
There are a few things on which I believe they can improve. 1. Given the (very) high price paid, the need to leave a 500€ deposit on top of the amount already paid in advance seemed a bit much. 2. The apartment can fit a Lot of people, we were 6 and there was only 1 key to the outside door and 2 keys for the apartment. As during the weekend the street door is closed, it was not easy to coordinate our different times of arrival and many commitment in the city. We asked for another key, but got a big no as a response. 3. While the cleaning was fine, there was were only 2-3 toilet paper rolls for everyone for the whole period of our stay. Likewise, we were also told that we should buy the trash bags because the apartment only provided one (which is not even enough to sort out the different types of recycled trash). 4. You have to go pick up the key at their office which is quite far from the city centre, and it added at least one extra hour to our check in process. For the price paid (1.600€ for 4 nights), we expected a better service.

Exceptional
It was a beautifully laid out apartment. The bedrooms were really large. Bathrooms were great too with heated floor in one of them. Well equipped kitchen. Location was convenient to walk to local transport and some shops and restaurants. Not far from the city attractions either on foot or by the local trams. Perfect for a family holiday.
Only issue we had with the property was the collection of the keys which was from their office which is a long way away. That was extremely inconvenient. Better to have a locked box or something similar. Having said that, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Another inconvenience was that we were only provided with one set of keys. For a group of 7, that made it necessary to make special plans when we went out in different groups so that whoever got back first could access the apartment.
